I have been looking at comforter covers for a while and I really liked this design. It looks great and was reasonably priced. The only thing I notices was a lot of brown lint got everywhere when I first opened it (not really a big deal, just washed it) and it was slightly small for the comforter I ended up getting that was also a queen/full size but once I put the comforter in the duvet cover it worked fine. It was almost better since the comforter is down alternative so it helped reduce the shifting of the comfoter and stuffing. And I suppose since the pattern isn't actually swen in it doesn't have the same feel (it was sort of painted on) but it doesn't really matter if you are sleeping under it and not on top of it. For the price it is great.
Love the duvet! washed it before I used it and it is fine. It is a little more turqoise than I thought, and the screen print is kinda neat. I like it b/c it is heavy and also it doesn't really get all jumbled up inside like i thought it might. the flowers are HUGE and I was a little surprised though I shouldn't have been.... Overall, i thought it was a great buy.
The cover is really nice, and feels more like sateen than cotton. The only complaint I have, is that the flowers are a little more rough feeling, (and sewen on) rather than a printed pattern. But, on the upside, it's on the top of the cover wher you won't feel it while going to sleep.
This looks really nice. I love the colors. The brown is silky looking. Like someone else wrote, the blue "flowers" feel kind of like plastic but it was better after I washed it. I don't really think it matters anyway since they are on the top of the duvet and a person in bed would have very little contact with that fabric. Overall, a very nice duvet cover.
I love my new duvet...I like how the buttons are about 1/4 of the way up the back. I have a more expensive duvet and the buttons are on the bottom and it falls out. It looks chic & pretty. My husband loves it too (flowers and all). I am a little worried how the flowers will hold up when I wash it.
Recently bought this for my 17 year old daughter's room. I like the location of the buttons (not at the top), but don't like the fact that the flowers are some type of sticker which will likely come off in the wash, but that explains the price. So far have not been able to find sheets or bed skirt to match.
An overall decent buy. I don't think it is worth the fifty some dollars I paid for it. The flowers on the duvet cover feel plastic-like, vinyl probably. It looks okay in our bedroom. If you are looking for something midrange on price and quality, this is good.
I did not realize this was a duvet cover. I was looking for a mini comforter set. I was also expecting a deep chocolate brown. The cover was a muted chocolate. Works well over another king sized blanket. The asian flowers are not woven in. They are screen printed like you find on t-shirt. I don't expect it to last very long
I do not recommend this set to anyone! I bought it recently and the flowers are actually like an iron on. While it looks gorgeous online, in person it is awful. I loved the design and colors, but once I opened it, the set is extremely thin. Duvets are thin, but this is like a sheet. So, I immediately took it back and got a beautiful quilt set that was thin enough for summer time from Better Homes and gardens. Don't buy this unless you plan on putting it in a guest room for looks.
The duvet cover looks very pretts from a distance, but both the material of the duvet and of the flowers feels like plastic to the touch. The flowers also gather up all sorts of dust and fibers. I had't even taken it out of the package yet (just opened the package) and the flowers were covered in dust and all sorts of other particles. I would not enjoy having this on my bed. Returned it right away.
