This pioneer woman mug is so pretty, my coworkers immediately asked me where I bought it as soon as I walked into the office with it. It's not only attractive to look at but it also kept my coffee hot until the last drop. I was a little skeptical to buy it after a read some of the reviews talking about their coffee getting cold. well I'm glad I didn't listen, because that definitely wasn't the case for me. I just made sure to slide the little clip to the closed position when I wasn't sipping and like I said, my coffee was hot to the last drop. I have recommended this mug to several friends and family members. beats paying an arm and a leg for a Yeti.
This mug is pretty although I would like one in Teal. Keeps my coffee warm not really hot, and is easy to clean. So far no staining like in my other stainless steel mugs. It’s a keeper.

I love the design and the white as the background it pops so vibrantly! Absolutely exactly like the photo
Really, really like this mug. Love the color, pattern and how much it holds. Dislike the mouth piece, it could be angled.
As you can see in my pics below that the designs are just decal stickers which is why I'm assuming it's preferred to be handwashed only. So be extra careful when cleaning the outside. Funny thing is that her signature logo is stenciled in but not the art designs....
Purchased these 2 beautiful mugs, only for them to be shipped damaged. The paint is is chipped on on handle, and both come dented, with stains and paint chipped.
This cup does a great job keeping my drink warm. Unfortunately after having it for just 3 weeks it has developed a crack at the bottom. I have only handwashed it and have not put it in the fridge or microwave.
I like the mugs but were advertised as 14 oz mugs but the tag on them says 12 oz. The mugs were not packed well and the white one has a chip on the handle. Please replace this mug. The blue one is fine.
When I received my cup it had black scuff marks all around the bottom.
