I only wish, the employees who are doing the shopping for us were more selective when choosing produce. I understand they have many orders to cover, but if one thing they have to pay attention to detail is this department. Vegetables are not cheap todays day and I get very disappointed when I come Home to unpack my grocery and I see my vegetables being horribly picked. What it's wrong with taking a little bit of time to do this department orders!. When I op to do my orders like this is because I don't have enough time to hrs in the day to take care of all what I need, and when I pay a membership to get this service is frustrating. I won't go to the store to return cause of course I don't have the time that's why from the beginning I'm ordering to pick up. Now I have no choice to loose my money or salvage whatever I can from to eat.
I think the person who chose my asparagus was either blind or had never seen asparagus before. It was gross. The ends were mushy %26 wet. I had to toss most of them. I wxpect a refund or a credit.
Whoever picked my pickup order did not pay attention. This asparagus was old! Then when I returned it to the store I was only given half credit. Not happy with that. I had to go to city market to get fresh to make my pickled asparagus. Compare yours and theirs in picture.
The employee who shopped my order today srnt me asparagus that had shriveled up / wilted tips! Like bacon, I now am inclined not to order this item from Walmart again. The shoppers should know not to send product in that condition. Do they even have a quality control process and if so, why does this keep happening?!
This is the first time I have received poorly picked produce. I am usually extremely happy with the selection. The staff that picked this bunch of asparagus, needs to have been trained better in what good produce looks like. Living 20 miles away prevents me from returning it.
Walmart shopper picked terrible quality. It's molded wilted asparagus! Plus I paid for express delivery and received garbage!
Shopper initially came out with rotten asparagus, and when I noticed it he said he would go back in the store and replace them. He came back with this, just as spoiled.
This was a terrible bundle of asparagus. No tips all stems. How can anyone not notice how bad this was? Thrown out. Couldn't eat.
Just received these about an hour ago they are already going bad. Wont last longer than a day or two in the fridge. This is the 3rd veg/fruit item I received today that was literally rotten. A 5poung bag of cuties Tangerines was molded I sent pictures of those. Brown bananas sent pictures of those and now the asparagus. SMH
This asparagus should STILL be good enough to eat. should have known to check it when I received it. Absolute CRAP. The shoppers dont care. They just grab n go. Walmart needs to up their game. Both stalks of asparagus are from the same order. Disgusting.
