I wear these under my regular underwear. They are silent. NO embarresment or give away rumble sound. Nobody know you are wearing them. NO panty lines. They are your best friend if the handicapped stall is busy at the doctors office. .

Just a note for the larger ladies out there... I am a good bit larger than a size 22 and these actually fit large on me. So dont worry about sizing.. they should fit you. I am a 28 and i havent plenty of room in these. They are super absorbent and very comfortable. I definitely recommend these to anyone who has bladder leakage problems.
They are very resilient diapers. My elderly mother wears them daily These are priced CONSIDERABLY cheaper than purchasing thru a so-called hospital supply store. I tried ordering these online thru another company and ended up spending 3x more than I needed to...NEVER AGAIN..I will keep buying these thru your website for considerable savings!!
Good product;however, too big. The XL is too small and the 2XL is too big. Really need a 1XL, but don't think they have them. Also, the side elastic pulls completely out of them when pulling them up and down during the day. When that happens, it's difficult to keep them up. The absorption is good and I am truly glad you carry them, just wish you had a size in between.
For me I was very unhappy with the product, for the person needing this size it would be perfect, I will need to continue with the XL size when in stock.
