Great little Wi-Fi dongle for use on my gaming rig.
This is definitely the solution I was searching for as my laptop was often loosing network connection.
The enclosed CD made installation quite simple. However, I wish there was information on how to disable the internal internet card. I had to do some research on how to disable it. Lastly, because of the age of my laptop, I was only able to con nect to 2.4ghz. With ASUS, I was able to access the faster 5ghz connection.
The AC53 offers stable WIFI in an area saturated with devices
works better than the one that came with my pc, stronger able to use 5g internet and bit better speed. downside range issue
Its extremely hard to get your product replaced when it doesn't work.
I had purchased this in May of 2020. And by Nov of 2021 I started having connection issues. I thought it could be a number of things until I had someone check the unit and it was failing by not connecting or disconnecting from the internet. It's small and compact like described. I thought it would have more of a life span for my desktop.
Worked for only 1 day, then could not connect to any network after that. I cannot even return it because I threw the box away. Do yourself a favor and steer clear from this Nano Wifi. I would give it zero stars if I could.
