These athletic works slip on shoes are perfect for my 5yr old. He loves it that he can slip them on really fast and get outside. They are made from quality material that should hold up really good. He loves the color and how they feel on his feet. It is easy to wash the lower white part if it gets a little dirty.
These Sneakers are perfect for my son ,it has an additional layer at the top end of the sole which provides extra custioning to my little one and avoids any damage which usually happens to the regular sneakers when kids kick the ball around. ps :the images are after the shoes have been used for a month now !!
Athletic works slip on shoes are so comfortable.it has soft sole inside all sides. My son love to wear it bcz he can put it so easily. Not heavy in weight. Well made. I can wash these shoes as well. Excellent quality.
Sized up for room as bean is currently outgrowing like he does have to stay a size up. These fours currently have plenty room but not where he would loose them. Having a snug fit even from all the stretching to put on not one has flew off his foot. Highly recommend I love the new designs and so does my kids who are stubborn to learn lace up skills.
My grandson likes his Athletic Works Little & Big Boys Slip On Shoes. It is so helpful to have a gym shoe you don't have to tie. They just slip right on and stay in place. The struggle with shoelaces is over. No tripping over an untied lace or double knotting and not being able to get the knots out. No teachers having to stop class to tie a child's shoe either. I'm not saying learning to tie is a bad thing, but a lifesaver for the youngsters. The Athletic Works Slip On shoes are true to size. The shoe is gray and green in color and made of an elastic nylon/mesh material with elastic for the laces. It has a finger pull on the tongue and on the top of the heal to assist with pulling them on. The inner sole has an odor control memory foam and a slight arch support. The bottom of the shoe has a rubber sole with a nice black and white design. I like that they don't cause a squeaking noise on wood floors. The shoes are breathable which are great when their feet get hot. Between the mesh like material and the odor control inner sole, it relieves the sweaty smelly feet and they can be placed in the washing machine, however air dry to keep the quality of the shoes. Lastly, the color of the shoe does hide some of the dirt too.
This shoe is so comfortable, your child would not stop wearing it. Well I know my son likes it a lot. He wore it all day for the first 2 days around the house. It's true to size. My son usually wears a size 2 but the size 3 was just as good and comfortable with or without socks. We both love the no shoe lace idea. Will definitely recommend if you want comfortable and stress free shoes with no laces to worry about. I will recommend
These are nice slip on shoes for a boy. I like that they stretch so he can slip them on easily, they have loops front and rear to pull on, and they are nice and light. They are somewhat meshy, which will be nice in the summer but they probably wouldn't make great winter shoes. Also, the soles are not super flexible, but they probably will become more flexible with wear. Overall nice shoes.
My kids play pretty hard in their sneakers, but the lining of the shoe started coming up before the treads or top were warn out. Now we have to replace them because of the discomfort.
I bought these shoes for my 5 year-old son for Christmas. By January 25, the lining was coming out of the bottom of them. He couldn't wear them anymore because it would ball up at his toes and hurt him. I know 5 year-olds are rough on shoes, but I expected the shoes to last more than 1 month!
