They seem like they’ll work great for my 9-year old. The shoes are light weight, and the Velcro seems to be strong on them. My boys go through shoes quickly, so at this price I don’t mind as much when the shoes wear out quickly. Color is nice as well.
These shoes are really good quality and will not wear down easily. My son loves to go in the woods and hike. His shoes are always a mess and will get a hole near his big toe within weeks. I love these shoes. He has worn them for several weeks and they still hold up.
These have some weight to them. My grandson loves them. We go thru shoes fast with him but these might go the distant. I love the fact there is no tie so he can skip on and go
My son has yet to master tying his shoes which is ok, I know some kids learn more quickly than others. These shoes are sturdy and made from high quality materials that will be sure to last. The velcro straps makes it easy for my son to slip these on and go. He calls them his go fast shoes, he says they make him "go fast", he is a sweet boy. The shoes wipe clean with a damp cloth but honestly you can chuck these in the washer with no regrets. They come out clean everytime. These look fantastic still after weeks of wear! Highly recommend!
Great for wide feet easy to get on
These shoes are so comfortable and great for gym class for son who is 7 and in first grade. They don’t tie but have a nice Velcro strap that is large and sticks very well. It took som force and effort to pull off to have my son be able to put the shoes on, which is good because we don’t want them falling off easily. The bottom is white and the rest of the shoe is grey with an outline of blue. My son loves these shoes and highly recommends.
Athletic Works Little & Big Boys Two-Strap Athletic Sneakers with Two Tone Colors are really comfortable and quality made shoes for our little one. Love the two tone colors of gray and blue. They have a 2 strap velcro closure that is so easy for him to adjust himself. There is a memory foam insole that is so soft and comfortable. They are a man made shoe with non marking outsole that can be cleaned easily with a wet cloth. They are lightweight and look great with the 2 colors. I would highly recommend the Athletic Works Little & Big Boys Two-Strap Athletic Sneakers for any little boy for comfort and lightweight sneakers that are easy for them to wear!
My son loves these shoes. They are very well-made, amazing quality shoes that are perfect for everyday use. Thye is lightweight and very comfortable to wear. It is true to size shoes, my son wears size 5 and he has wide feet and those sneakers fit perfectly for him. My son doesn't like shoes with laces and this shoe is perfect for him as it is very easy to open and close, that is what shoes he need for school. The color is perfect, light blue perfect for boys' everyday use.
We got these Athletic Works Two strap athletic sneakers for our 8 year old son to wear. These aren't his main pair of sneakers, they are the "put them on quick" sneakers for when we need to get of the house to go somewhere in a hurry. The reason we need these is for the awesome convenient Velcro fasteners these sneakers have! I don't mind tying his other shoes a couple times a day (even though he knows how himself), but this kid is constantly removing his shoes, all the time. So whenever we need to drive anyone anywhere or go out we can just quickly slip these on, fasten the Velcro and we are on our way without me undoing the ol knots, getting his shoes on, then double knotting his laces so that they don't come loose and he doesn't trip over them. He also says they are comfortable to wear even though they are a bit heavy. I love that when he goes in a puddle, these aren't made of mesh, so they don't get completely soaked. I've given these sneakers a 4 out of 5 because I don't think they are the most attractive sneakers that a child would choose. But they are definitely a life saver for me and our son. I recommend these sneakers because they are well made and are convenient to wear!!
The outside appearance has held up well but the soles and insides are falling apart. My son has only worn these for 3 months daily. If you need something quick and cheap sure go ahead but if you're looking for durability and longevity this is not the shoe to go with!
