Very nice athletic sneakers. My 7 years old son loves his new sneakers, he says they look very cool! For me it's been hard to find light up sneakers that are not extremely colorful and this one is just perfect. It's stylish, colors are nice and the lights are cool, great for bigger kids. They are true to size, easy to put on and comfortable. It looks like they will hold up well, my son wants to wear them everyday!
I got these shoes for my five year old son. He loves the colors red and black, and he loves these shoes. I like the way the color is on the shoes. It goes from dark to light. It's very modern, and trendy. I like the rugged construction of the shoes. These shoes are built for kids like my son. He is active, and tends to be hard on shoes. He has worn these shoes for several weeks now, and they are holding up amazingly well. I love durable shoes that are also affordable. The soles are thick, and ready for any sort of sports, running, and rough play. My son is not yet able to tie his own shoes, so we both appreciate the stretchy laces that don't require tying, and the velcro closure. Getting the shoes on, and off, is easy. My son has no issues doing this by himself. I asked my son what other kids might like to know about the shoes, and he said to tell them that the red flashing lights on the soles are his favorite thing. He says they are "super cool." Athletic Works has definitely exceeded our expectations.
Got these for my son for school. Got his size and they fit him perfect. They do light up and easy for him to put on. They are great for him to run with and he hasn't complained while wearing them.
My kids love these Calson Athletic Works Boys light play shoes. They are true to size as both my kids wear a size four and they fit perfectly. They are grey and black with a little bit of red. With every step they also light up red on the bottom of the shoes. (which my kids love) these shoes are very easy to put on, and have the velcro strap so no tying necessary. My daughter wears them to school daily, so even though they say boy shoes, my girls rock them out too. Highly recommender
The strap on the shoe hides the shoe string. Helps keep little hands from untying shoes. Has a good arch for feet. The shoe is comfortable to wear. Made well.
That Athletic works light up sneakers are amazing beyond words! My boy loves them and wears them everywhere he goes. Of course just like any other boy he loves that they light up! And I as Mom love that they hold up and allow him to run freely wherever he goes. They are stylish and durable. And they go with pretty much any outfit that he puts on. If you are in the market for your little one who needs sneakers you will definitely want to take a look at these ones. Your child will definitely be happy you got them for them!
My son loves these shoes! They fit him great with some room to grow. They arent so loose that this feet slide in them but they arent tight either. They are super easy to put on as there is elastic bands with a velcro strap on the top to secure it. They are a grey and black with a dark red so they dont show dirt and they are super easy to clean. He loves wearing them outside to play in
The Calson Athletic Works boys light play shoes are awesome. My son who just turned 8 years old absolutely adores these. They came in the color red which is one of his favourite colors and perfectly fit his shoe size. He loves how stylish they look. They are very comfortable and provide easy on and easy off access for him so he doesn't struggle with the shoe laces. The straps hold well and do not easily come off. The memory foam inside the heel is excellent and provides adequate support as he mentioned multiple times that these shoes provide a lot of comfort for him especially when he is running or playing in the playground. They are very lightweight so he doesn't get easily tired wearing these. Excellent quality product. The sole doesn't wear out quickly as well which is an added benefit as my son tends to play rough with his friends and some shoes tend to wear out way too quickly.
My son loves his new shoes! The gray, black and red colors are so stylish. He really feels good about going to school now when he wears these. The red part on the bottom of the shoe sticks out more than the black middle part. Not sure I have seen that in a shoe before but they are really nice and seems to be really well made. The red bottom also is good grip and there is no issues with slipping. We have had no issues with the velcro closure coming apart like on other shoes.
We had to return the shoes four days after receiving them because we noticed the sole had been burned through by one of the lights. My son was terrified to wear them at that point.
