These would still seem good when compared to normal granola-type bars. They are surprisingly moist. Not very chocolaty, but nice with coffee or tea.
Fortified with vitamins and minerals and 10 grams of fiber Plus 6 grams of protein, but with 0 cholesterol or trans fats, only 1 gram of sugar, 7 net carbs and 130 calories! Great tasting - makes it seem more like an indulgent treat than the healthy nutrition bar that it is. I have tried them all and this is the best by far, especially for the reasonable price. I have one every morning for breakfast with a protein shake. The perfect combo to start the day off on the right foot!
I think these have a great taste. Not very many of the bars that I not found to care for. The shakes are great also.
I'm an Atkins plan person, and so pleased at the excellent variety of good products available. This is one of the better flavored bars, for my taste buds. Walmart has some of the best choices and is very reliable at having items in stock, and savings when bought in bulk. Atkins and Walmart is a win- win for me to stay on track with my Atkins lifestyle. This is a good breakfast or snack item.. no crunch but good flavor and low carb
These are pretty good. VERY EXPENSIVE. Only 5 bars in a box and the cost is 5 something a box. Great way to get fiber. Does not have all the added sugar that other bars have. Good taste.
I like the taste of these atkins bars, but as you can see in the pics, they were smashed. Not sure they were smashed in transit or before, but they didn't make it here in one piece.
