It was easy to put together and looks better than expected. The only negative thing i can say is the doors slide open a bit when you dont want them to.
Assembly was straight forward. I highly recommend having an electric screw driver for the 108 tiny screws you will have to screw in. If not, be ready to take some time screwing in all those screws. Place the backing of the storage unit before putting on shelving and doors. This will help to make unit stable. As for the unit, I was able to put 54 blu ray movies across one shelf. Koodos to Walmart for packaging. Unit arrived without a scratch. The foam pickup took quite some time. To clean up. Please be aware unit is heavy. Approximately 100 pounds. Overall, I am very pleased with unit and would recommend to a friend or another customer.
Exactly as I wanted, big, and looks beautiful in my living room.
These seem cheap as youre putting them together. We had to deviate from the directions just a bit but nothing difficult. But once they're together, they are pretty sturdy. We used ours for our DVD collection. They hold a lot. They look great.
The package was a little beat up but was packed really well so nothing was damaged. Super easy to put together except it matters the direction of the centerpiece for the doors to work properly but was a easy fix. I am sow able to store all my movies in one location.
This cabinet is definitely worth the money spent, the package is very heavy but with all the styrofoam packing the item was delivered in perfect condition. The instructions were very simple to follow and it is recommended to use a good screwdriver or better yet, an electric drill. The cabinet doesnt feel very sturdy at first but once you finish it does look and feel better and i would recommend to anchor it to the wall with extra security unless you need to use the space were you have it for something else seasonal like a Christmas tree. The space inside for the media cases is big enough for a big collection of blurays, dvds, and or games. The doors slide very smoothly and are easy to fix them in case they dont close perfectly.
Easy to put together. The only thing I disliked was how the backing was attached. They sent screws instead of nails and the screws popped through the other side. It looks really nice and holds the greater portion of our DVDs.
The item was fairly easy to put together. There was no damage to the item. When we were first putting it together, we were very concerned because the unit was very wobbly side to side. Once the back was screwed on, it was much more sturdy, so be patient & make your decision about the product once it's all put together. There were two dowels that could not be lined up because the holes didn't line up. Also, the screw holes on the cabinet doors were very shallow and made it difficult to attach the door hardware. All and all though, once we got it completely put together, we are happy with our purchase.
I purchased this cabinet because one of the pictures stated "Storage Capacity: 400 DVDs" even though Product Details said 288 DVDs!!! After contacting manufacturer, they confirmed that capacity was 288 DVDs! I never opened the box so can't speak about quality or ease of assembly!
I'm glad all we had to do was open to box to see how poorly made this piece is. If it had cost $50, I'd be willing to just try fixing the problems myself and making it work, but to me there were too many obvious little defects to even consider keeping it. All we inspected were 2 of the doors, so idk what the condition is of the other parts.
