It's been more than 48 hours and have not got gift card yet . Don't know what to do
Do not buy with this offer. Walmart has extremely bad customer care. I bought a phone by adding new line on AT%26T. Went to AT%26T store, they were unable to find this phone in their records and refused to enable it for 36 months installment. Since installment plan is not enabled so I planned to return in. I am still within return window. I am able to create return on website. I called walmart customer service. They said they generated a return code and sent me on email. I never received. I called them again because if i do not return this phone, i will be charged full amount. I called walmart atleast 5 times. Customer care was extremely rude, hung up on me and did not understand the issue. They keep saying return code is generated and sent in an email and i am not receiving any email. On top of that, they cancelled the order that my husband placed for his line upgrade. They have messed it up pretty bad. I am still stuck up with a phone which is not activated, an cancelled order which i did not ask them to cancel. They keep telling me to go to At%26T. Customer care for sure is not very knowledgable and supportive. Walmart needs to take responsibility of return because purchase is made on walmart.com.
