Its a great small phone.......it have android features but its not a android. Android phones puts you at a higher phone plan, while this stylish phone keeps you in price range you can afford.

Just purchased the Encore GoPhone to replace my Verizon phone on contract. So far this phone has worked great!! Fairly easy to set up, very good reception in the Ga. area, easy to use and really, I have enjoyed setting it up and testing it out. Walmart has a 15 day return policy for full refund so I just purchased a $15 minute card so if it did not work out I'm only out the $15. At this point no plans to return. Spoke with Att local site and they said they could port over my contacts so that will work out great. The font is some what small on the menu screens, but you can make the contacts in large print. Other then just having to get used to a touch screen, which I really like, this phone should work out great. Will get one for my wife as well. We only use about 100 minutes a month for both of us so I went with the $.10 a minute plan, and expect to purchase a $100 card for 1000 minutes for each of us, which should last most of the year, and that's all the expense I will have. Will save a ton of money over the fixed monthly plan with Verizon. Overall, very satified and would recommend to anyone looking for a less expensive plan and not much texting, as it does not have a full keyboard.Try it, and if you don't like it return it. Sounds like a plan to me.

I primarily use this phone for texting and checking real-time traffic on the web, with less than 20 minutes of calls per month. The Encore is very intuitive and easy to use, and it has a very good battery life. I really like the speed-dial icons that you can put on one of the three main screens, which work for both calling and texting. The HTML browser is awesome for a feature phone, and you can scroll in all directions to see the whole web page. Excellent value!

My daughter got a drop of water on her Pantech Pursuit 2 AT&T phone and it was ruined. It would cost $250 from AT&T to replace it, so we decided to get a GoPhone. It turned out to be a great decision. She actually likes it better than her original phone. Easy to use and lots of bells and whistles for a reasonably priced phone.

I LOVE this cell phone - I am so glad that I choose to buy this cell phone - the PRICE was GREAT also. Now, I have talk, text & web on this phone and NO CONTRACT ($50.00 month unlimited) I am still getting familiar with all the features on the phone but, I LOVE IT and I am VERY PLEASED with the cell phone - Yes, I would highly recommend this phone

This phone is very nice phone and has tons of capabilities for not being a smart phone. Love all the features. It feels well made and has great battery life. Its biggest down fall is the touch screen is unresponsive or really slow. Also I am a texter and this phone is not ideal for that. It hits the wrong keys and clicks on things you didn't even come close to touching, its hard to scroll messages and contacts with out selecting them. So if you are not a texter, this phone could be an awesome phone but if you are a texter, I don't reccommend this phone unless you dont mind going really slow and deleting wrong key strokes. The music player is nice and has good clarity. Pictures are ok for quality. The size is nice and convenient

we put this go-phone on our AT&T plan as a back up phone, like it enough that it just might get bumped up! Bought 2 more like it for the kids. Feedback from them says they like their's too.

I hate this phone! The only thing that this phone has going for it is that the audio is great! Other than that the phone always freezes, is very unresponsive and when it comes to texting it's horrible, I hit the 'M' and it will put in a "Q'! It's not to bad for short one letter texts but to write a sentence or more it is frusturating. Even if you reset the calibration, it doesn't help. I have to charge this phone atleast twice a day. This phone does not like to recieve calls or texts and it doesn't make calls majority of the time, which doesn't work for my job. Overall this phone is a disappointment.

I like that it is small but because my fingers are big it frustrates me. I have to retext and retext someone because I am hitting the wrong key constantly. I have also been having to turn it off and then on again just so it will go back to working properly. I love the fact I can go on facebook and the web and find what I need when I am not at a computer.

This is the worst phone ive ever had. Even though AT&T isnt the best this phone is terrible. The touch screen is not responsive. Messaging takes forever. The keys do what THEY want not what YOU want. I will say that the camera is very very good. It is easy to use and organized well. the preloaded sounds arent bad either. holds lots of information and even has a slot for a memory card. But please dont waste your money!
