I bought this product for my teen. She wanted a flip phone and this fit the bill. I was impressed with the durability of the phone and it has the faetures that she needs, mix that with ATT's excellent 3G network and awesome customer service, makes for a very happy teen! I wanted durability, which all LG phones I have ever purchased do. I love when she tells me "Mom I just love my new phone". A happy teen makes for a happy Mom.
