Your company sucks you cancelled a order i place on the 26 th for a phone I did not cancel so I had to replace the order hoping and praying it makes it here by Tuesday I leave for Florida to live just wanted to let you know thanks for screwing my order up and to think I went over to a wal mart card and paid with it and you still would not help me a real great image for a company that has went to crap

this is theworst phone ever .. hangs up .cuts off ..dials people . dont ring half the time sends people to v m without a reason and you never know what its going to do next .. i want a different phone this is awful
When I looked at the quick start guide it said if I was going to use my sim card instead of the new sim card then all I had to do was insert my sim and I was ready to go. Didn't happen...I couldn't send any text or make any calls. I went to the support website and when I put in the imei number for the new phone it kept telling me that was from my old phone. I did this several times with no luck. Since it is after 5 pm I am going to have to wait until tomorrow to call support. I am not happy.
