For the money, this is a great phone. I've owned an expensive Samsung for six years and I like this one better. Setup was a snap. The apps are all there. The phone works perfectly. I don't have any problem with the "Google button" and think it's a great idea. I think this phone has received a bad rap.
I love my new phone so much. Recently my iPhone 6s stopped charging and I couldn't afford to get an expensive phone so I settled on this one and I am so happy with my purchase. I'm actually very surprised at the quality considering the low price. It has plenty of space for all my social media apps plus all the games I play and the graphics are amazing. I definitely would recommend this phone for people on a budget it's perfect.
I love the phone not problem since it was a replacement phone all things worked well until I couldn't get any calls or text was not an issue with the phone but with the shipper since no record of my purchase so I had to call at
I love my new phone but it the order process and the experience I had with getting my new phone. I ordered my phone to be shipped to my home address. When the phone came and I switched it to my sims card that was when the problem started. The warehouse that sent the phone did not scan the phone in correctly to process the order and when the phone came to me it was deemed as a stolen phone. That was the worst experience ever for me.
Never could use it with my mobile banking for check deposits. The camera often showed green. Had it updated to Android 10 through update. It seemed to have slow response when switching between screens. If it wasn't for the fact I broke the screen, I was planning on doing a warranty call in it.
If you are transferring your number from another carrier DO NOT even try to activate through ATT call center. Go straight to ATT store. ATT had me talk to several agents for 4 hours. one didn't know what they were doing and messed up SIM card. Local ATT store was great. Phone is working now.
Bought phone online when i received it I couldn't use it cause WALMART forgot to scan it before shipping..had to verify it wasn't stolen..never again
So in the middle of COVID 19 lockdown my husband phone died. We purchased this to replace and waited. Phone arrived in about 9 days and seemed like a decent phone at the price point. Livid. Phone came unauthenticated. I took it to the store near me (the whole point of ordering online was to avoid going into that awful place) and as expected, no one knew how to help me. This refurbished phone was a nightmare to transfer service to. After 4 days of unbelievable stress (I mean, would you want to be without a phone during a pandemic quarantine?), it was finally discovered that this refurbished phone came with the previous owner's info and phone number still attached to it. Really, Walmart? You'd just take a phone as it is and sell it to someone else? To be fair, the phone itself is actually pretty good for the money. But the stress, you caused me? I feel like I deserve your most expensive phone for my trouble.
