i've always used samsung phone ever since cell phones became available. i bought this one 3 years ago for a good price point. i love the ease of using the samsung apps; has a long battery life; its style; and it fits my favorite former phone case. these are just a few of my reasons for loving this phone! it's perfect for me!
great cheap phone that i got for my 6 yr old. He has many apps, including Disney +, Netflix, Prime Video and Roblox. Have had it for over 6 months now, audio is loud and has survived many falls. Would recommend for sure!
I love this phone! Samsung has always made quality phones! Battery life is Awesome. Lasts longer than any phone I've had. Easy to use as well. Would defintely recommend as new or replacement phone
I bought this phone back in june and it was a really good phone.About a month into using the device it started to lag, and was freezing up so I reset the phone compeletly and it started working as it had when I first got it. Its been doing fine even after the Android 9.0 update it still lags at times but a quick restart or just clear out my task manger and it works fine after that but,I love the phone and would recommend this phone.
The J2 is good for the price you pay but, as others have mentioned, there are some annoying apps that apparently cannot be deleted like the worthless "chatbot" feature. Chatbot took the spot at the top of the phone that used to give you a keypad. Now you have to go back to the homepage and tap the phone icon then tap keypad icon just to be able to enter a number not in your contacts.
This phone has a lot of options for pretty much customizing everything on your device. I recommend that you go online and download the User Manual to see exactly what I mean, or just take the time to fully explore it the phone yourself. It has a beautiful display, excellent response time while multitasking, and can be updated to Android 9 OS, aka, (Pie). The only reason I am giving it 4/5 Stars is because the Bonus Headset included is not adjustable and completely off-centered to where they are unusable if you choose to do anything other than sit or lie down. All-in-all, best phone I have owned in in a long time without spending a fortune.! NOTE: See photo below for a picture of the headphones I received with my purchase today
This is one of the better cheap and/or prepaid phonesout there, in my opinion, but still a cheap phone nonetheless. I'm just so happy to have a Samsung galaxy again, it doesn't matter too much which one that is!
great phone and the employees treated me well and answered all my questions. my wife was buying one at the same time and they treated her very different. it is too bad that a bad experience shadows a good one but we were both too shocked to even talk to a manager.
I bought the phone 3 months ago looking very appealing shiny apparence.Don't by this phone.I have really bad experience with my screen twitching out white,poor battery,very slow moving.
This phone is garbage. It doesn't matter what ringtone you select, when it rings you can barely hear it even with ring set to full volume. Same issue with alarm tones. Like most phones, it comes with pre-installed crap apps that you can't delete. It restarts itself at random. Don't waste your money. Get an LG Phoenix, they are WAY better than this hunk of junk.
