worked as expected
Tie downs work great, highly recommend them. BUT, package arrived damaged and only one bolt and one washer made it. Needed the tie downs, so I couldn't return for a replacement and I had to purchase a set of bolts, washers and nuts. Tie dows were sent in a soft fed ex package not a box, that would have held everything in...
Great Ideal. My tie downs are way down there. I bolted these to the trailer no problem. it only has one bolt. goes through center so allows for tilting a little. Mine arrived with one of them broken. Cant return. IT doesn't ratchet, but the other one, Just push the lever all the way down. and it releases, can then pull the strap up to loosen it, un hook. then push button again and it reels in. Quick and easy, But in my case only 1 works. VERY aggravated about this. I would NOT recommend purchasing on line, Need to check them.
the springs rusted /broke. I wonder if they thought that they wouldn't get wet.
