I love this great in tea hot or cold, great on cereal, mixed in nut butters, on hot lightly buttered popcorn, biscuits, pancakes, and any type of bread or grain products where sweet is desired, plus granola or trail mixes. Endless uses a great and easy to use pantry must.
This is a sweet and tasty product that has diverse uses. It is good for emergencies and every day use. It is more convenient than liquid honey. It does have sweetener in it that is not honey. I wish it was pure honey. We are very pleased with it otherwise. We use it when we go camping. I take it to work for sweetening hot tea.
I ordered what said, "Honey Powder" What came to me was a sugar and honey mix. I can't have cane sugar nor would I want it in my honey. It is false advertising if you in fact are sending something other than what you show.
THEY SENT SUGAR BLEND SO I CAN'T RATE THE POWDER. BUT I DON'T THINK YOU WILL GET THIS ONE IN PHOTO, IT WOULD COST MORE THAN THE 12.58 IT IS LISTED FOR. I WAS TRYING TO STAY AWAY FROM SUGAR AND I BET THIS CAN IS AT LEAST HALF FULL OF IT .
Don't get this if you want honey. Yes when reconstituted you can put it on bread and it tastes a little bit like honey. But it does not have very strong honey flavor. It is mostly sugar, so it's just expensive sugar, not as healthy as real honey.
I would not buy this again. Does not taste as good as honey. More of a candied sugar honey fructose taste. Real Honey has a very long shelf life. I would advise to stick with REAL Honey. No comparison at all. It's darker in texture and runny...not thick like honey.
It was listed as “Honey powder” but they are sending out SUGAR and HONEY powder instead which is a MUCH cheaper and LESS desirable item.
I am on a sugar restricted renal diet, and now I find out that this "Honey Powder" that I recently bought is mostly sugar- with 8 grams of added sugar per tsp!!! Augason Farms: You've been literally killing me by mislabeling your products!
Deceptive advertising. The picture provided on the Walmart website does not indicate that the product is a mixture of sugar and honey. I feel cheated and betrayed. They need to place a picture of the actual container on the website, with the writing as it reads on the container - stating that it is a, "Sugar %26 Honey Powder Blend.". My doctor's have warned me to quit eating sugar for health reasons. You can do better, Walmart.
This was a replacement for what was supposed to be honey powder but when you get the item, it's actually Sugar %26 Honey powder. Both containers I was sent were the same Sugar %26 Honey powder. Not just honey powder as clearly shown on the product description.
