Work wonderfully. Put it on and within a couple of minutes the pain in my knee, and or knuckles are gone.
This product gave me relief from my tennis elbow (which I have had on and off since 1974). I was so amazed that I told my wife to try it on her back. Now her back pain comes from Polysistic Kidney Disease which is a long way from joint pain. It works for her also. Then for my youngest son who has severe arthritis in his fingers. It is suppored to work on that. I told him to give it 10 minutes, but he felt relief in 2 minutes that lasted the rest of the day. I recommend this product wholeheartedly.
This is for my husband. He uses it all the time on his knees & shoulders or whatever is hurting. Seems to do well for him.

A little expensive but worth the price when compared buying patches several times a month. It starts working fast - made a difference in my hip pain very fast. On my 2nd box.
This cream works really well and a little goes a long way. No odor like some other creams. I'm happy to be able to get it in this larger size. I won't go without having some on hand at all times.
this was a great product. I tried it on my feet, and not only did it relieve the swelling and itching but it helped kill the pain. I don't know how it works? I highly recommend this product. I don't like painkillers but this worked for me. I hope it works for you.
It doesn't get rid of all the pain, but the relief it provides is unmistakable. I do take pain killers, but alone they don't get rid of the pain either. Together, It does get does remove about 80% of the pain. The cream doesn't have any scent nor is it oily either. It is easily applied and dries very quickly.
