Like the traditional Chilean instrument, this Rainstick is created from a dried cactus. Thorns pressed into the hollow shaft create the sound of rain as pebbles cascade over them. The Rainstick comes in 5 different lengths, from 14 to 60 inch. As the sticks get longer, they will produce a louder, more sustained tone.
