after 18 years my old water cooler finally died, best cooler ever so I looked and read and looked I read the reviews on this one and knew this was the one for me quiet, nice looking goes with my kitchen well good investment I think the review didn't lie!
SO FAR IT IS WORKING GREAT. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH IT.
It was slightly dented when it arrived but it works perfectly. Hot water is hot, cold water is cold, cool water is nice and cool. This works perfectly with the zero water 5-gallon filtration system. Zerowater has directions included on how to install on any dispenser. Removing the o-shaped piece on the top will allow the zero water system to lay there without leaking.
I recenly cancelled my water service because I felt like I could save more money by just buying a water cooler and I am really glad that I did. This water cooler actually works better that my previous water cooler. I am very happy and satisfied with this purchase.

Very nice product. It had some minor damage to one side. Seems like the packaging should be better. No visible damage to the box. A small dent. Not significant so we decided to keep it.

Functions very well and with the three selectors everything I need was there. Unfortunately the compressor noise is noticeable when it runs, it appears to cycle on occasionally so it is not constantly running but when running it is mildly distracting.
It's nice looking but doesn't really get as cold or hot as my other one did I'm still heating up water in microwave and putting ice in my cold water. So really not amused But I don't want to go thru the process of returning it so I guess I'll suck it up and deal with it for now.
