Awesome Product! I'm saving money on delivery fee, bottle deposit machine rental fee and bottled water monthly. Same quality if not better
Love this unit!!! So easy to install and work. A little large for the counter top but so worth it!!!
I finally decided on this unit. The self cleaning feature and price comparison for the unit and replacement filters vs purchasing water 💦 is what motivated me to buy it! Plus it was on sale for $160 ♪┌|∵|┘♪ at the time. After using it for a few months I can report that the unit is AWES🩷ME! Sure there are a few improvements they can make, like less clunky buttons, the self cleaning light blinks when you are self cleaning ...in our opinion it should light up only when we are running the self clean process which takes roughly 1 1/2 hours and change the color to RED not green. Of course the price of the filters should always be included in research before you decide for yourself but overall our family is more than pleased to have hot, cold %26 room temp water on demand!!! It is a bit big but the 1L storage containers and all the gizmos and gadget features it has need to go somewhere! In reality I would give it a 4.8 but rounded off for purpose of some unfair ratings I read. We can't have our 🍰 and eat it too people ... BRAVO Avalon!

Great unit, everything works perfectly and delivered packaged very well.
Goid price great product had mune for about a month and is used to supply 3 people with daily cold drinking water. this product is a bit overkil for my small needs but was cheep enough at $170 to bite the bullet and buy. I had basic trouble setting it up but nothing one trip to a hardware store couldnt fix. so far so good.
Not a fault of the machine, but I use a LOT of hot water when making my tea, and the 1 liter it holds runs out quickly and then you have to wait for it to reheat - guess I expected it to be on demand. Not a prNice oblem with the unit - just my expectation
Buttons on top are a bit clunky. Some initial leakage but seems to have stopped after a couple days of use. The light under the spout is useful for filling at night. Overall size is a bit large for residential countertop. Would be better if filters were inside the shell.

Installed my system to find damages, wanted a compromise, partial payment or parts, instead was told I need to completely uninstall and deliver items back. No compromise, considering none of this was my fault. But I have to pay the price.
