This kit was very easy to use.
10/10 you have to watch the video, the written instructions do not include a lot of the IMPORTANT steps needed to throughly clean your machine. Other wise, it did what it was supposed to do. Which is good, becuase no one likes floaties in their water.
I used the kit to clean my Avalon water dispenser, which I absolutely love. The kit's instructions are simple to follow and understand. No mess and no fuss. I'd recommend this product to everyone!

Randy was awesome He was friendly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. he understood my issue and helped me resolve it. He also explained how everything worked and sent me links on how to do the procedure.
This cleaning kit makes it easy to keep your water cooler clean and free of all the bacteria that can build up. Highly recommend this kit.
The instructions were limited in detail, used internet videos to find methods that varied. Water tasted bad for a while had to run warm water through many times to remove the taste.
