I love these, they helped me to put together 3 massive binders of all of warehouse SOPs for Upper management. I did them in less time than it would take with other tabs and it looked much more professional. My only suggestion would be to include an extra table of contents or allow a purchase of the table of contents only, in case something should change and need to be taken out.
If you are like me, you dread making up large binders for a meeting. There are several products (including some excellent ones by Avery) that work well for a small number of items -- but who has only a few handouts these days? This is really a classy, easy-to-use product! I was delighted when Avery called my attention to it.
I am a project manager and have to go through periodic corporate reviews. I have a lot of documentation that I need for reference during these reviews, some which is not electronic. I used the Double Column Table of Contents Dividers to create a great reference binder that keeps me on track. I can open the binder and immediately flip to any needed document. It is a portable way to keep me organized and ready to face my reviewers. Avery's Double Column Table of Contents Dividers really rock!
As a "long-term" contractor/temp, I've had the opportunity to work with alot of the top fortune 500 companies. As soon as I got my Double Column Table of Contents I put it to work. I use it for client account profiles. Everything is convenient in one binder right at my finger tips. As my client list increases, I will change to the 32 tab system. The printing instructions were clear and I did it correctly on the first attempt. That is a real plus for me. I dislike wasting paper or ink. Call me cheap..I don't care. Keep these wonderful products coming, they make my life and business run more smoothly.
Having a great interest in Flight Simulators, the double columns provide clarity to the many categories of flying....instruments, technique, aircraft types, etc. It makes the search for information easy, thanks to the indexing system. The color coding is an added bonus.
These dividers are essential wherever extra dividers are needed. With 16 in a pack and the double column table of contents, you get more bang for your buck. My favorite part is how everything is color coordinated and labeled for quick reference. They have the design and quality that will make your work look professional.
These are a life saver. In the past I have had to use multiple sets of numbered tab dividers to get the 32 tabs. Now I can use only one set with the numbers going from 1 to 32, not 1 to who knows what how namy times.
