I desperately needed to take control of the clutter on my desk both at work and at home. These labels helped me take charge of my life. I made notes on folders labeling them on the fly as I sorted through all the papers - then I sorted through the folders - and reorganized - sometimes renaming and combining folders. When I was through this process I used these color coded labels with trueblock to label the folders. The result was neat looking work area and easy to work with files. I have a few bag fulls of papers that present my next organization challenge. Fortunately I have my labels at the ready.
When looking for a specific file in a group of files, there is nothing that compares with these easily spotted color coded file folder labels. So perfect for those of us who keep their world organized according to color.... Just like TV's favorite obsessive compulsive charachter "Monk", one needn't ever worry that anything is out of place or misfiled, just look for the color at the top of the file, and you WIN! (At least until someone tries to shake your hand!!)
You can't go wrong with Avery Folders. They are the best Quality and shipped properly to your home. I would recommend Avery to my friends and business partners.
Great Labels
Received these labels just a day or so after my order. They are perfect for keeping my file folders clearly labeled, which is made easy by using the online template for printing. Because of their TrueBlock feature, I can save my older file folders by applying these labels directly over my old sloppy hand-written labels or just mis-labeled folders.
Best Folder Tabs they make but hard to find.
Alignment left row, top tab, printed too high. Right row top tab printed good. Balance printed good.
The labels were as indicated; the color coding obtained with them makes locating misfiled files very easy and quick!
I wish for more colors in the assorted pack, perhaps at least 6. Also, I am disappointed that the alignment is not great when using Avery's template for this product. Thanks.
There was a time when using Avery Labels was quick and easy. Now, I have a carton of labels and still trying to figure out how to use them. I've tried going to chat and they are never available. If I go to a page that looks as if there might be guidance, it is only another sales page urging me to buy more. There is nothing intuitive in understanding how to get started, only guesswork.
