This is such a great product! When I started my new job in a legal office I ordered these first thing. They make everything I do look so professional! My managers soon became aware of the product and now use them for their projects. Also these vinyl file envelopes work perfect for sending legal documents to outside counsel firms; they keep all of the documents neatly in place in FedEx or UPS envelopes. I always use the closure at the top of the envelope which insures nothing is going to fall out or become separated. I always put travel itineraries in these so the traveler can see their trip at a glance. I like the fact that they can be quickly accessed in a brief case or computer case. I also add a label onto the vinyl envelope to identify the contents. Thanks to Avery I am professional and organized all the time.
We keep all of our client files in these clear vinyl envelopes. They keep everything together so nothing gets lost, and I put action items outside of the file folder, but inside the vinly envelope, so that I can see at a glance what needs to be done. These may seem kind of expensive, but you can use them over and over. They never wear out.
Perfect for carrying papers and keeping them protected. I like that its very sturdy but somewhat flexible and light. I would recommend this.
