I'm so excited about this AZO Cycle Care & Comfort supplement! I wanna start off by saying my relationship with my period has been horrible for the past 4 years. I am really happy with the Azo Cycle Care and Comfort. I have been taking them for a few weeks now. I take one with my breakfast every morning. I received the AZO Cycle Care and Comfort product in the I-Health Sampling Program within their online community in exchange for my honest opinions and review after trying out this product. I have really heavy cramp pains sometimes even though I have a very irregular period. I was skeptical at first if this would help alleviate any of my symptoms because sometimes I get intense cramping from gas pains as well and they are hard to tell the difference between the two but I have tried taking it with each bout of cramping and it really has helped ease it very much. This also helps really well with any bloating, breast tenderness, or irritability. The ingredients are pretty easy to understand on the product labeling.. This includes Chaste Tree Berry extract, Zinc, Niacinamide and is a non GMO product that is free from dairy, gluten and artificial dyes. I am pretty comfortable with this brand also because I have always used their cranberry supplements for past UTI's. I have been wanting to find a drug free option so I am glad that I was able to try this out. These are really easy to swallow, which is a good thing for me because most supplements I try are much too big to swallow and I can't continue using.
