I have been having consistent UTIs for over two months. I bought this product to hopeful help with not getting them anymore. After I take a pill the pain goes down a little bit but it doesn't disappear. I'm hoping that with this round of antibiotics from my doctor, plus this product, I will stop getting UTIs. I'm hopeful with this product because I have seen many great reviews.
since having children, I have had consistent issues with UTIs and this has been my ultimate go-to product when having those issues not only did it resolve the problem the same day, but taking it gradually throughout the week my overall vaginal health better.

I think it works great for urinary health although I wish there was a way to not take so many pills. However since I noticed a difference it's ok. The capsules are a bit large but easily swallowed with water. I'm glad I got to try these for free and this is my opinion because I can really tell a difference in my urinary health. This product work really well at preventing UTIs. Using this along with prostate shrinking meds seems to help with fully emptying of the bladder too.👍

I'm very grateful I had the chance to sample this product. Literally , no joke. The first day after taking the first pill I could tell a difference with my urinary track.

I think this product is great I have been taking it almost 2 weeks now and I can say I've noticed a huge difference. I suffer from UTI's regularly anymore I know it's awful. Maybe from all the sugar I eat. Lol I would give this product 5*s bc it is great, but the price is pretty high and then the fact you have to take 4 capsules a day seems a little to much, but I guess it would be worth it for a trustful brand that truly does work great for urinary tract health. So in my opinion it is an awesome product. You really can tell it does cleanse and flush the urinary tract.
I've been taking AZO GoLess and have great results. After hearing about D-Mannose I decided to try it. I already take a lot of meds and supplements daily so adding 4 seemed like too much but they are small and easy to swallow. However they made me nauseous immediately. They continued to do so for about an hour each time. So I'm back to just AZO GoLess.
