This crib I was wanting for a really long time, and only now when my son is 1 year old that I got it (for personal reasons) and IT"S AWESOME!!!!!! It's so beautiful and sturdy, and still keeps him inside the crib! I do not regret to get it..and I never will....If you're searching and found this one, search no more THIS IS IT!!!
I ordered the crib on a Friday and used the site-to-store shipping. It said it would arrive in about 2.5 weeks. It ended up arriving in one week so that was great. The assembly didn't take too long but the instructions are a little confusing. My husband and I had to take some of it apart and redo it since the instructions weren't clear. Overall, it is a great crib. Very sturdy. It also comes with the toddler bed rail and hardware. The only negative thing is that the screws/holes are visible. It's not that big of a deal and I plan on finding some white caps to cover them. In case anyone is wondering, this is NOT the Da Vinci Kalani crib but it is virtually identical.
When we were expecting our little girl a year ago, I wanted to find a quality, modern and attractive for a decent price. I was looking for a crib that LOOKED expensive! (lol) After a week of researching and comparing almost every crib online I decided to have the Baby Mod Cadence Crib shipped. It took my husband, maybe, an hour to assemble it. It's solid and well-made; I couldn't be more pleased! Our baby is now 14 months old and seems to like waking up in her crib. :) I haven't used any of the other stages yet so I can't comment on how that works but I'm confident it will meet my expectations. I definitely recommend this crib!
I ordered this crib because I wasn't happy with the color of a crib I ordered previously from JCPenney. I was looking for a sturdy, white real wood crib with a straight back for my daughter-to-be's nursery. I didn't know what to expect from this crib, but thought it was a good, moderate price and figured I would get what I pay for. (and with the shipping only being $7 to my house, and a bundle deal that included a free mattress, it was definitely worth ordering). This turned out to be true-- it is an adorable, sturdy crib, however there are the little drawbacks that come with a less expensive crib. Yes, you can see the hardware, however it is sunken, so it still looks nice. We're planning on using a little white paint and a small brush to touch them up and to help make the bolts less visible. (You could avoid this by spray painting the hardware prior to assembly.) Also, the wood is soft, but our crib did not have any dents or knicks, and it was strong enough to dent my wall when I accidentally dropped one of the legs against it. :( It is a nice color-- white and matte. I also like that the front is a little lower than the back, and being that I'm 5'4, it appears to be a nice height to able to pick her up and lay her down easily. My husband and I are very happy with it. The instructions were a little vague (you will have to put together based mostly off the diagrams rather than in depth written instructions), but it went together well, and took us about an hour and a half. Overall, I feel that this is a great value for the money! An adorable crib for a moderate price.
My husband and I love, love, love this crib! We ordered it (site-to-store) last Saturday and it was ready to be picked up Friday! No damaged parts, very easy to put together, great price, beautiful (and very sturdy) crib!!
I was looking all over for an affordable convertible crib and this one is perfect! I saw the exact same crib listed under the name Kalani from another company for much more money before finding this one. I haven't used it yet, but my husband put it together quickly and easily. Loving it!!
Crib looks great but hardware is very noticable. I suggest spraypainting all the screws white BEFORE you put this crib together. Looked way better after doing this!
This very versatile crib was very well packaged. Took a couple of hours to put it together, and the instructions were okay. The wood was pretty good quality and real although it's a soft wood (probably pine) so it will ding & scratch pretty easily.
After weeks of research on the internet to find our baby the perfect crib, we decided to go with the Baby Mod Cadence. The crib is beautiful and it was a great price. The only bad thing is the directions. They are very unclear on the bolts to use. Between the different languages and conflicting pictures, we finally were able to assemble this in about 2 hours. You definately need 2 people to put this together. Patience is the key with the directions. Some bolts are 3", some are 2.5", and some are 2". The right bolts need to fit in the right locations. Other than that, the crib is great.
This crib is beautiful. It took about 90 minutes to assemble. One reason for the delay was the fact that it has to be screwed in at an angle. I was able to get it together faster and without resistance, once I laid the leg and side rail on its side. The crib is solid. Awesome.
