This crib is certainly worth every penny. My husband and I did luck out we got the product when it was on sale for $180... on-line special. We also purchased the matching changing table. It is beautiful to say the least and easy to assemble. The color is so unique for a crib, which is why my husband and I purchased the crib. Any parent would be glade with this product.
I recently purchased this crib for my daughter and her husband, who are expecting their first baby in June. I have to say, after raising four children of my own and having two other grandchildren that this is the MOST beautiful crib I have ever seen. It is beautifully made, very sturdy, and they are delighted with the color (they know they are having a boy) which is just as shown. This is well worth the price especially when considering that it is a multi purpose crib; turning into different bed styles as the child grows. Most hight recommend this product for its' beaty, design and workmanship!!!
I was very hesitant to purchase this crib because I really wanted a quality expensive navy crib from Bratt Decor but couldn't part with the money! I was worried about what others had written about the obnoxious brass hardwear and that the side rail did not come down. I am so glad I bought this crib even though I am 5 weeks away from my due date and will have to see how it stands the test of time! My husband spray-painted the hardwear silver as soon as we got it (which was super fast using "site to store"). We couldn't find the directions--until after we were almost done putting it together and had found some on-line (they are attached to the mattress frame in a bag--duh). We had it together in about 40 minutes. It was the perfect match to our Pottery Barn Camp dresser for those looking for an adorable navy dresser (pricey--but the outlet sells it for 60% off and it is almost always in stock with just a scratch or two). I have been told by many friends who have purchased cribs where the rail DID go down that they just lifted the baby in and out without dropping it. The mattress is very accessible at the height adjusted and I couldn't be happier that we saved the money and got a great product. I hope this helps those as indecisive as I was:)
This is such an excellent crib! I searched online for weeks and cribs, none of them just seemed to really grab my attention. I looked at so many that were so expensive and just not worth the money (500-600.) I didn't even think about walmart until I was running out of options and I saw this crib and immediately fell in love with it! .. every crib I looked at had a handful of bad reviews and a handful of good ones. I found no bad reviews on this crib, or any of the babymod cribs for that matter. I actually got it on sale for $180 and the matching dresser which they no longer sell but LOVE that too! the navy color is so beautiful and so easy to put both products together! My son just loves it he sleeps so good through the night. It's so sturdy and easy to move around for rearranging. My mattress and crib set fit in the perfectly no spaces or anything. I would 100% recommend this crib to anyone who asks about it, and would buy it again and again!!! :) Very happy about my purchase!!!!
I wanted to do our son's room in a baseball theme and didn't like any of the cribs I had seen in other retailers. My in-laws purchased this crib for us and it went perfect with the baseball themed nursery! Its also perfect for the price because the crib is 3 in 1 and will work until our son moves out of our home in 18 years!!! Thank you!!!
My husband and I looked long and hard at all the cribs in the stores and were very unimpressed with their sturdiness and quality. I chose this one because of the color and also because it does not have a drop side (drop sides seem to decrease sturdiness). We were absolutely thrilled when we got the product. It is beautiful and incredibly sturdy -- much nicer than many we had looked at in the stores. It was also very easy to put together. Buyers should be aware that this crib is a VERY DARK navy. It is not bright blue as the online pictures may suggest. It looks beautiful with red and yellow accents.
I initally requested this crib because of its unusual color - navy blue. I wasn't too sure about how the wood would look in blue, but was pleasantly surprised - it looks lovely. Assembly was a cinch - didn't take long at all. The directions were easy to follow. I bought this item in advance, so my unborn child has yet to use it, but I'm sure he'll love as much as I do (this is the only reason why I didn't give the item 5 stars).

NOT ONLY IS IT STURDY BUT WE ALSO SELECTED IT FOR THE COLOR. I WOULD DESCRIBE THE COLOR AS "DETROIT TIGERS BLUE" THE CRIB IS EASY TO PUT TOGETHER AND IS VERY STURDY! A GREAT CRIB, FOR A GREAT PRICE! BUY IT!!
This crib is beautiful. It looks very modern. The color is sooo unique.....the color is a bit off compared to the picture listed though. It is more of a dark navy blue......still a GREAT color!!! I am very Happy with my purchase. The quality feels good too and the crib is sturdy.
For $230 this is a great deal! I wanted a navy crib for my son and could only find three--one $800, one $700, and this one. It is a very pretty dark navy, less blue than in the picture and seems to be good quality. We have only had it a couple of days so I can't say how it will hold up but so far so good. As usual with so many products the directions stink but after putting together a crib two years ago, it took my husband about 30 minutes to do this one by just looking at the picture.
