I purchased this for my daughters room and was very surprised at how big it is compared to other dressers. Our current nursery is very small and this piece is almost to big for the room. If you are looking for a large dresser this is it. Very well made and I did not have any problems with hardware or assembly. I also purchased the bookcase and it is very nice as well. Great prices on both of these items.
Baby isn't here yet, but I can tell you we were completely blown away by the sturdiness and quality of this dresser and all of the matching pieces! It is SOLID wood - no veneer, which means if it gets scratched it can be sanded down and retouched. The quality seems exceptional - ESPECIALLY when you factor in the price!! We still can't get over it! The stain is so beautiful, and everything is so sturdy that we envision our future daughter taking this set off to college with her. It is built to last! DEFINITELY worth every penny!
Overall I'm happy with this purchase. It looks exactly like the picture and the wood is nice and smooth. It looks very clean though things do stick to it easily which Im hoping was just from the static of packing. It's heavy and stable and things are sliding nicely. It took me a little over 4 hours to put it together haha bc i did a couple things backwards. The only problem was that none of the pieces were actually labeled which was pretty annoying. its a great size and height, only other thing is that there is nothing between the drawers when you shut them so it can slam shut. But overall i think its a good buy and im happy with it.
I am super thrilled with this dresser! High quality and matches the Babyletto Modo style furniture perfectly! Goes together easy and looks great!
Bought this to match the crib and changing table. Tons and Tons of space in the drawers and it was very easy for my husband to put together. Overall very happy with the Baby Mod line. Moved crossed country with their furniture and they didn't fall apart in the process. Great value for your $$$$.
The dresser meets the design style I was going for but there are a few minor items to warn you about. Some of the drawer fronts vary in color and wood grain so a few are lighter than others. This could just be mine. The other item is the piece you attach to the back has the light exposed edges from the sides...I ended up just using a wood pen to make it the same color as the dresser. Again, these are minor because overall the dresser is great for the style and price.
We just recently picked up this dresser, had ordered it from SITE TO STORE. It arrived in record time! (3 days from ordering!) The assembly was incredibly easy- although I did it myself and it took me 2 hours. (I hate reading furniture instructions and almost 6 months prego!) Anyway, love the finish, LOOKS expensive and gives the nursery the extra storage space and the look we were going for. I highly recommend.
I have the matching crib and LOVE it. I really like this dresser, but like one of the previous reviews mentioned, my drawers keep collapsing on each other. It doesn't seem to be a problem from the sides bowing, but maybe that is it. The drawers won't stay on the tracks... I can't even open the drawers without them falling out and then spending a couple minutes trying to get them back in.
We have the entire set and LOVE it! The pieces are sturdy and nice quality wood. I would have liked the drawer bottoms to be a bit more solid, but I think it will be fine! WORD OF CAUTION: There is an issue with the drawers once the furniture is put together. The drawers can collapse on each other when opening and closing them. What we found is happening is that because it is a tall dresser (this problem didn't happen with the small one) the middle of the dresser bows out a bit (although not visibly) and so the drawers can come off their tracks and fall to the drawer below. My husband fixed this by removing the tracks (on the actual furniture itself...not the drawers) and he put pads on the side that faces the wall of the dresser. You could use pads, shims, even possibly cardboard. Then he screwed each track back in place. This allowed for each track to jut out into the unit a bit more. This way, the drawers are able to stay on track. You should not HAVE to do this, but it really wasn't a hard fix if you like the entire set. And like I said, this problem does not happen on the 3 drawer changer. We would still purchase this item again.
We bought this dresser in white and amber. While it is fine looking, it is poorly made and has been nothing but trouble. Over the past year my husband has had to "fix" it a number of times. The side walls bow and are wider than the drawers themselves, so the drawers very easily come off the tracks and often end up in the drawer below it. There is nothing worse than trying to get something for your baby in the middle of the night to have the drawers fall off the track. I have had this dresser for a year and I am so disappointed I felt compelled to come on here and share this. Don't buy this dresser.
