I love this dryer. My hair is done in half the time. There is a cold and medium setting as well as hot.
I just purchased my third of this model! Why? Well I loved my first one so much that I bought myself a second so I could dedicate the original to blow drying the dogs. Mind you, I bought the first one a good 8+ years ago and it still works great! I bought a third one honestly bc my husband was so impressed with it that he insisted we get a spare! Now…why we love it: I have really long & thick hair that can take awhile to dry. Since I also live with a neuroimmune condition that has impacted my nerves in my hands, dexterity, and ability to hold things for long periods of time, I love this dryer bc it dries my hair rapidly in significantly less time and it doesn't damage my hair. It's also much more quiet than most hairdryers - and since my condition also comes with tinnitus and other sensory issues, the less intense sound is very soothing. Can't say enough about this hairdryer. It was originally recommended to me by my awesome hairdresser as the best available to direct consumers, and I fully believe that to be true. Now, is it costly? Yes. And….you absolutely get what you pay for.
Love BaByliss Hairdryers! Our last hairdryer lasted years and it was time for a new one. Quiet, lightweight, dries quickly and our household will alway be loyal to BaByliss since we first used one in Europe years ago!
Better than others than competition by far, even GAMA. Lightweight with features that work perfectly every time. A must for those with thicker hair. Leaves hair smooth and with beautiful shine.
Best hair dryer I have ever owned! Takes half the time to dry my hair now and so much less frizz. Highly recommended!
The hair dryer let off a fair amount of smoke on the first couple of uses. I believe this is because it was new but the product information could have been more clear about the possibility of this happening.
I really like the hair dryer but the concentrator nozzle is useless. It blows off as soon as the air starts flowing.
I was very disappointed with my purchase. My last babybliss hairdryer lasted me 7 years and I loved it. I bought a new one (different kind) that reported to have a special coating for better grip. That was not the case for me. It's heavy and sides in your hands. I also attempted to use the attachment and when you turn the dryer on it blows off. It was only on low!! I put it back on 2 times tightly and it still blew off. I should have gone with the one I had previously, but I was sold on the grip.
The concentrated nozzle will not stay on when the hair dryer is turned on. This needs to be corrected with newer models
The cold button blows warm air, the warm button hot air and the hot button burning air. This unit must be defective, or it is a design flaw. I'm returning it.
