I got this online, so I wasn't sure if it was going to be a hit or miss when it came to the scent. I'm so glad the choice was right on the money! The balsam and mahogany scent is really beautiful and makes rooms smell very cozy. It can also be used in the bathroom either to keep it fresh with regular sprays or after using the bathroom. It can also be used on your linens. I use a bit on the curtains when I open the windows and also on the covers on the bed. It is easy to spray and has a nice pleasant smell. The bottle also looks very modern like part of the decor. I definitely recommend this.
My first reaction (besides that it's in a frosted glass bottle and looks classy sitting on a countertop) was "ewwww - don't love that smell!" It has the odor of a man's cologne and not the "forest" or "mountain" or "rain" kind. But after a while, I decided I kind of like it. This spray does not last. It smells strong while you're spraying it but it's gone within a few minutes. I've started using it to make my towels and linens smell nice. You have to spray quite a bit, but eventually there's a very faint scent that lingers. The ingredients are "safe" (Capryleth-4 - it appears that it is used in many of the natural/safe products and has no "adverse" effects (unless you get it in your eyes, which can irritate). I might buy it again. I'll have to see how I feel about it after I've used the entire bottle (which I will). So far I've gone through about 1/3 of the bottle.
i ordered this because i like trying new room sprays, plug in scents, candles, etc. i fell in love with the smell it gives. i had to order more because my spouse took our bedroom one for his work truck. Awesome!!
