I have used Balm Barr Cream for 50 years and have never found a hand lotion that even came close. My mother and my grandmother also wouldn't use any other. As it can be hard to find I also buy it for my daughter and daughter-in-law.
My Mom and Aunt have been using it for as long as I can remember...and I am 43! They have great skin so when I reordered some jars for them I got one for myself!! Love it!! Super moisturizing but not greasy. Love to apply it before my foundation - goes on easier!
I absolutely will not use any other cream. They are too greasy. However, when I opened the box to get my Balm Barr cream the jars were bounced around with shipping and were covered with the cream.
I have ordered through Pharmapacks a couple of times. They are priced fairly and my order was shipped in a timely matter. I would order from them again.
Have been using this product for many decades as my only needed skin cream. Might be nice if it had sun screen.
This cream seems to be rather unknown, but for me it's the only cream that really deals with my severely dry skin in winter. I use it before going to bed. Wish the fragrance hadn't been changed, though.
We live in Minnesota, which in the winter, can be brutal on the hands. My husband and I go through 4-5 jars in a year. We especially love it in the winter months. We have now gotten several extended family members using BalmBarr. Now we order by the case.
I HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT FOR 59 YRS. My mother used it for 85 yrs. My grown children now use it. I don't know what ingredient in this product that our system is missing but it is the only product that seems to work for all of us. When I couldn't get this product for a while, I was really worried, trying other products that didn't fulfill my need. I'm am so thankful that this product is available again.

I appreciate that all my jars of cream had their lids screwed on securely and we're taped, ensuring that the cream didn't seep out. Very good. 5 stars.
