I use it every day on my face and on my back. Hands down this is the best product I've ever used. Visors and no need to buy any product for your face anymore. Use it everyday. It's improved my skin on my face immensely [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I've been using this Aloe after sun as a facial cream for at least 35 years. I've never used any other product on my face. I use this wonderful lotion on my body after a shower & I love the way it smells, stays put & has helped me keep facial wrinkles away after all these years. I'm 61 years young & have NEVER used anything on my skin but "Banana Boat" Aloe After Sun!!!!
I have sensitive skin and I burn very easily. I've been a Banana Boat customer for all my life and I absolutely love the Aloe after sun gel!! Because of my sensitive skin all the facial moisturizers I've tried have burned my skin or make my skin feel tight. I saw the Aloeafter sun lotion on the shelf and I thought, “what the heck, I'll give it a shot” and boy an I happy I did!! It isn't greasy, or watery. It feels light and moisturizing!! And smells great!! I'll definitely be buying this lotion for years to come!!
If I am rating this "new formula" I give it 2 stars. The old formula is definite 5 stars. You keep claiming the old formula should be out everywhere in the market now but I just bought a new bottle and it is clearly the newer much inferior product which I agree with everyone else. Definitely runnier and the smell is nasty. Your old formula was the BOMB. Best anywhere!!! I could not wait to apply after being out in the sun. I will purchase again, but only if I can be guaranteed that it will be the old original formula.
I bought this over the weekend after prolonged exposure to the sun. I wore sunscreen, but still needed this. I used to use it years ago and I loved it. I thought it would be the same for my family, but I was disappointed. Not only is it watery but it does not work. I don't feel a difference from one leg to the other. One leg being treated and the other not. I did not like this new version one bit.
Have a horrible sunburn and we dragged out selves to the store to get this...growing up in Florida we used this all the time! Took a shower and was so excited to slather my self in it and....It is like water! I legit thought someone tampered with the bottle I bought, we went back to the store and all the bottles are like this!?!?! This is not the product I wanted to buy and am disappointed with whatever the heck we bought, something is very wrong with it. Waste of money in hard times, not cool Banana Boat. Now I tried taking pics with it and the pump just falls off and explodes and how the heck can I return this product?! Hate it!
If you like colored water use banana boat after sun lotion... they call it lotion BUT IT'S JUST WATER, MAY HAVE A VERY SMALL BIT OF LOTION BUT WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!. This was my fav so I bought like 4 bottles cause it was getting difficult to find..I sooo wasted my money!! I'll will go back to hemp lotion at least there is lotion in that bottle!! I could use a refund Banana Boat. And i promise to NEVER use your product again!!
I am light skinned and the sun and I don't always agree… that being said, I burnt crisp this past weekend and needed some relief from the sunburn. This product was the go to when I was younger but now I AM LITERALLY BURNING WORSE WITH THIS PRODUCT NOW THAN I WAS WITH THE SUNBURN!!!!
I used to swear by and LOVE this lotion. Immediate relief and a solid moisturizer. The formula has changed and with that so has the quality. It's SUPER watery now, taking note from an older bottle I have to a newer bottle, Coconut oil was the 4th listed ingredient and now it is 6th, generally indicating the concentration of the ingredient in its order. Amongst other changes to the formula, this product no longer delivers as expected and I will no longer be purchasing until the formula is reverted to the thicker, original formula.
What happened to the original formula that was awesome the new blue capped lotion is horrible. It's smells bad and is greasy. Bring back the original with the green cap and aloe plant on label!
