I have used this product for years; I like the ability to relocate or add boxes!
Only recommendation would be to reinforce the cardboard that surround the two metal rods in the boxes, they often rip and destroy the rigidity of the product.
The bankers box staxonsteel storage drawers are great for storage - but if you ever have to move them - or if they get used a lot - you can't get replacement parts - you have to buy an entire section! This is ridiculous! You should be able to purchase replacement parts!
The plastic tabs break when you open and close the drawer. I have all of them taped with fiber tape. They are flimsy and don't stay together when you open or close them. You do not have a support phone number on this site. Would like some help
