These boxes are awesome - easy to put together, easy to use and view files. The only suggestion would be to make it easier to use the handles when using with legal files. The files block the handles. But they work like a charm for daily use and then when the project is finished, off to storage.
I HAVE USED YOUR STORAGE BOXES FOR A LONG TIME WHEN I USE TO WORK, BUT NOW I WORK FROM HOME, MY BOYFRIEND AND I ARE STORAGE BUYERS, WE HAVE A GREAT TIME, WE FIX THE ITEMS UP AND SELL THEM AT A REALLY GOOD PRICE SO THAT EVERYONE CAN AFFORD THEM, WE ARE VERY GREATFUL THAT WE CAN DO THIS! Our office is between electronics and paper, so there's always a need for strong easy to stack storage boxes. We make a yearly purchase of Bankers Boxes to fulfill Our needs! Thanks for a great product!
The bankers boxes are the only boxes we use to fill and store our paper info for a whole year. It takes about 10 boxes letter size for all of one year paperwork. We mark on the easy to read boxes with year and whats in it and we store for 7 years, after which we start rotating them out, at times reusing the boxes again because they last that long, or we recycle them.
My file storage needs are always filled using the best quality filing boxes on the market, i.e., Bankers Box. This product has it all, i.e., good looks, made of quality materials, strong and easy to assemble. Why there are cheaper products available, the old saying "You get what you pay for" is very appropriate. From the quality of the cardboard to ease of assemby to strength of the box, Bankers Box always prevails.

I'm telling you there could not be a more user friendly product on the market! I work as a legal secretary at a law firm for a large group of attorneys. During our busiest filing seasons of the year, I handle approximately 15-20 bankers boxes a day. Their storage capability is tremendous, and it's an incredibly durable product. I'm never ceased to be amazed at how much I can fit into these nifty boxes, and how seamlessly they stack in our storage area. This product hands-down makes my life a thousand times easier.
I was assigned this daunting task of sorting, filing and storing medical records for my company - a task that had not been completed in over one year. As you can imagine, the job before me seemed overwhelming and endless. I was given cases of banker's boxes and told to whittle away at this massive project. With the immense strength and durability of these boxes, I was able to fill them to capacity, cover completely with the lids and secure in place.
