Came very fast. Works great. The kids love it.
Got it for our grandson and he loves it. Easy to set up and loads of fun for him and his friends. Very impressed with fast delivery also. This is a great summer thing to do for kids and was a great price. Water slides can be very pricey and am glad we purchased this item.
There were only 2 or 3 reviews on this item and they were 50/50. We paid $253 and change, with free shipping a week ago (second week of June 2016), I chose to go with the review from people my age with grand kids. I'm so glad I did. We ordered this on a whim for a Summer birthday party with small kids from 3 to 4 years old and of average weight. It was PERFECT for them, especially since the over all weight limit was 150 lbs. Easy to maneuver and climb the ladder foot holes to get to the slide. I like that it has a screen all around the top of the slide and they have to skim under it at the top of the ladder/foot holes to get into the platform of the ladder in order to slide. It has an air filled pillow at the base of the slide, so the kids don't hit the ground coming off off the slide. I also chose this model for it's extra swim/sitting area, so kids who didn't want to slide could still enjoy sitting in the water or splashing around. It sets up quickly with 2 to 3 adults. Ours never did get completely full of water, but we did intermittantly shut the water hose off when the kids stopped to eat lunch and cake/ice cream. It inflates quickly. You do need to attach the "shower" tube before inflating. LOL. Thankfully we had a really tall guy who could still attach it after it was inflated. There was air bubbling thru some of the seams, but it did not seem to affect the water slide at all.
We purchased this slide 3 years ago from Target since it was cheaper (oddly enough). It has been worth every cent. It has never developed mold, never had a leak and never failed to enthrall my two children - now aged 9 and 6. My kids are NOT gentle with it either. The fan keeps it well inflated and it has even been left out over night a few times without issue. It is very bulky and very heavy and you will never get it back into the box from whence it came. The only negative is that the hose coupling came off and now it is taped on with duct tape. It still works fine though. We had previously owned a different water slide that was much taller however, it only lasted two seasons and then developed several internal tears that were not reparable. This slide we are very pleased with!
I have two kids that are ages 2 and 5 and they just loved this! Very easy set up and easy take down.
Perfect for the summer birthday parties and get togethers, had at least 10 children from 3-10 ys old have a blast playing in this water slide! Hope to use it for at least three or four more summers. One parent wants to lease it for her parties
We bought this three years ago and it's held up. We do have one hole in it from our poor care taking of it - but duct tape has fixed it fine. We've always followed the "rules" - we don't use it without water, we watch the weight limit and we dry it out thoroughly before packing away. The only downside is that it the hoses to get kinked and are hard to straighten out....but really, this is a value! Our boys were 1 and 5 when we bought this and are 4 and 8 now and are still fine to use it. Younger kids obviously find it more exciting than older - but that's just the nature of older kids. If you're on the fence and this is substantially cheaper than other options - it is worth it in our experience for sure.
the kids love it! The only issue is if you don't want the grass to die off under it, you have to put it away which is very easy given it comes with a bag where you can fold it into. The only issue is if you want the water sprayer on, you have to keep the water running, would be great if it had a pump that recycled the water.
OK so this is realistically for 4-9 years old. No younger and maybe up to 90lb . my son is 10 yrs weighs 95 lbs and when he gets on it, the slide moves with him almost bringing it down. My 2 year old has a hard time getting up by herself and needs help. My neices were also too big at 100 lbs. And the plastic stakes broke at first setup. You may need to purchase new metal stakes to hold it down.
If I were you I would go with the Slip -n-slide. This product leaks and is not study for children above the age of 5. It was a huge waste of money. Our 9 and 10 year old were extremely disappointed. Along with the fact that it leaked on every seam. We were extremely disappointed!!!
