My almost 3-year-old daughter was attracted to this set mostly because of the 3 kitties included. Two of these kitties have hearts on their backs that appear when placed in cold water. There are lots of other little accessories that make it worth the $20 - the xray/ultrasound table with slide is very cool too. The barbie is great - has a visible switch in her back (partially hidden by her hair) which enables her to 'pet' the kitty when she is holding it. For some reason though, one of her shoes likes to come off...doesn't seem to really bother my daughter any All in all, excellent buy - helped cheer up my little girl when she was sick considerably : )
