I love this Barbie carry case. I just don't understand why if I ordered it from Walmart.com, it cam in an Amazon prime box sealed with Amazon prime tape.
It seems like a great idea and it does store a lot, however there is a design flaw with the lid having cheap plastic "hinges" that break easily if you let the lid fall back - and this is for children, they are going to do that. We've had two of these and both broke in the same way within days and the lids are now held on with duct tape. I had hoped it was just a fluke with the first one.
I received the item I ordered as pictured. It will hold several dolls and accessories but the handle for pulling the bin is very flimsy and will likely break with much usage. It is thin and flexible and with a full load of Barbies, it not likely to last the lifetime of the bin. We'll keep it just because it's pink and says Barbie on it....otherwise, if you don't care buy tupperware or sterlite for durability
Received my order and my daughter loved it! But we were very disappointed due to visible damages and it's supposed to be brand new 😕
The item came defective. It doesn't look new and it's scratched up. Has dents and it's plastic.
Arrived with top broken. It looks like a great little storage case it was supposed to be a gift for my daughters birthday, but the plastic little pins on the lid are broken off so I dont want to give it to her. Ugh! Im sad.
My work shows delivered, but when I checked, there was nothing outside eye contact at Walmart. They said no problems, they can have another one sent out to me and I would get it on the 7th, today is the 7th and I have not received it, I reached back out to Walmart and they said that there was nothing they could do because I received it according to FedEx, which obviously the next is wrong, because I have not received anything, they said that they will not leave on me, or they will not issue me another order, it's not in their description to be able to do that after I was told on the 4th that I would receive it by the 7th or replacement
The item looks used and worn out not pleased at all this was a gift for my daughter for her birthday today
My granddaughter opened the lid once and it fell off. I am very disappointed in this product. I would not recommend it even though she loves it because I have to put the lid back on every time she uses it.
This is a very cheaply made container. The plastic is faded from being warped/damaged, the top storage compartment is too shallow, the clasps for the lid and compartments aren't secure, the handle is flimsy, and there's only one color choice available, which is an obnoxious deep pink color. News flash: it's 2022 and girls can like other colors besides pink. Will be getting a refund and looking at other options. Please don't waste your money on this like I did.
