Protein Shots are delicious and I add 24 ounces of water or drink them chilled just the way they come. It's a great option for people on the go and a quick energy pick me up drink! Inexpensive too. Great to have on hand for an emergency too!
I love this product. It's a great way to get protein. The bottle is impossible to get the wrap of to open the bottle. You need a knife or scissors to peel off the top part so you can get the cap unscrewed. The plastic wrap is very hard and it's impossible to twist off. Think about putting either a tab on the plastic so you can pull it to unwrap it
This is a quick way to get a good dose of protein! It doesn't matter if you're a bariatric patient or not. Don't dwell on the taste.... It's called a SHOT for a reason. Just knock it back and keep going! I'd buy this again!y. My only concern would be the price... Maybe I'll find a discount code or coupon.
Love the new flavor choices. Grape is the best! I with the bottles had more than 15g of protein. I'm not sure if the solution in them is different but I hope the consider more protein. But the convenience of having protein quickly on hand while working is great. I will get more
I got the orange flavor in my subscription box and almost didn't try it because I'm not a fan of orange flavored things. But I am so glad I did! It tastes just like Sunny Delight which I used to love as a kid! I'm ordering more right now and am hoping the other flavors are just as good. I was disappointed when the Ohana ones were so gross but these ones totally make up for it!
Perfect shot of 15g of protein, very macro friendly and allows you to add protein to your meal without the hassle of prep work. Great flavor and texture.
The flavor is great! The product doesn't have an aftertaste and doesn't bother your stomach like some others. I highly recommend this supplement to anyone, not just dieters. Because of the size, it's easy to take it anywhere… carry in your bag, even on a plane! They don't need to be refrigerated.
EASY! So easy to get your protein in with these. I grab one of these for after the gym or even before the gym, followed by a little water (sometimes there can be an aftertaste -- it's not bad but you may prefer washing it down with a little water). These are the perfect amount. Pink Lemonade is a standout flavor for me!
Just like the title says these little shots are a miracle. If you have trouble meeting your protein goals this is a game changer. There is a good variety, out of all four flavors I only wasn't a fan of the cran grape. The orange one reminds me of sunkiss. It was something I had to get used to but now I love them.
Bought these to try and enjoyed the flavor, then I got sick. I specifically searched for "gluten free liquid protein" because I have severe Celiac's and trusted that was what would come up. I have since learned that the Bariatric Pal brand is NOT gluten free because they don't manufacture it in a dedicated facility like higher end brands. 4 stars for flavor, 1 star for not being produced cleanly and 1 for showing up in search results as gluten free when not (which quite literally risks my life). Net score, 2 stars.
