This capsule is actually good without a bad after taste like other capsules I have taken. It does have a after taste but not so much if your able to drink some things that's has a strong taste with it for me I'll take it with some crystal light fruit punch flavor so the after taste doesn't affect me. It's doable plus better than others pills.
I love these vitamins! I feel that these vitamins totally give my system whatever it needs. When I've run out and had to wait on delivery, I can tell that my energy levels drop a little bit. I've gone ahead and gotten a years worth and signed for the auto recurring shipment so I don't run out again! When I first started taking these vitamins, I was a little put off by the size but I got used to them. I do not care for the taste of any chewable vitamins and was glad when I found these.
I felt more energy very soon after taken them, when I first had my surgery I got sick taken them, so I gave up on them, As it turns out, it wasn't the vitamins that made me sick at all, so I went back on them and haven't felt this good for a long time
I stopped ordering the multi vitamin because I found a cheaper one but guess what didn't work I got stomach aches and felt tired so I'm re ordering these ones they are the BEST and NEVER changing again
Having VSG surgery I am limited in what I can eat and I don't always eat healthy, yet my blood work is always good so I say it has to be this multivitamin. Just 1 a day and I'm good. The quality is excellent and anyone suffering from poor eating habits would definitely benefit.
The best multivitamin for sure!! I was taken over 8 tablets to get the necessary vitamins. Once I found these I was ecstatic to the ease of getting my vitamins. I recommend replacing your multi vitamins with this multivitamin and you won't regret it!! I feel energetic and well balanced with Bariatric Pal Multivitamin ONE!
I get my multivitamin, iron and b12 in one pill. How great is that? The less pills that I have to buy,; and the, less number of them in this program, the better. I just wish the biotin was at 5,000 per dose to help with hair loss. This is way better than the chewable.
I had a total gastrectomy 6 months ago, I bought this multivitamin 2 months ago when I ran out of my previous multivitamin. This vitamin is at a better price than my last, and it is fast absorbing. It's great, I feel my best when I take my vitamins daily.
I was warned prior to surgery not to stock up on items as tastes and tolerances could change. I purchased one bottle to start so I could see how well they would work for me. The are easy to swallow and easy on my new stomach. The have no aftertaste or smell. Add that these are one of the less expensive vitamins I've found and they seemed to be a good match for me. Since I seemed to be doing well with them, I set up a subscription for a 3-month supply to sent at a time. The additional subscription discount was definitely a bonus! I am now 4 months out from my surgery and have had follow up appointments with my GP and my surgeon's office. A full panel of bloodwork was done and the results could not have been better! My iron was good, my B vitamins were good, my vitamin D and calcium level were good. After worrying about being deficient because I wasn't getting as many fruits and veggies as I thought I should with my new portion sizes being so much smaller, this was a HUGE load off my mind! These vitamins seem to be doing exactly what they are supposed to and without any stomach upset so I will be purchasing these over and over again!
I've used this multivitamin since bariatric surgery and my blood work is always perfect. I loke that is has enough of the B12 so I don't need to take an additional vitamin. This is one capsule daily.
