Pick it up at the store, the box was kinda' beat up, since it came from China, I just assumed that was the norm. Hauled the 100 lb item home and hauled down to my basement. Unpacked the safe, everything looked ok, the electronics worked kinda of funky, but I got it to work reliably. What do I expect for a $350.00 safe!!. I put the "item" into the safe, and needed to remove a shelf. The shelf was very tightly lodged in and after taking out the two screws that held it, it came out. Shut the door and locked it. Used the key to reopen the safe and the door would not open. It seems that one or two of the side bolts was catching the side of the safe and would no allow it to open. I finally managed to open the door and it seems that after removing the shelf, the flimsy metal went out of square. I managed to put the shelf back in, and everything worked fine!!! Very very bad design, even if it was thin metal. Walmart quickly and graciously took the safe back the same day (I had to pack it back up and lug the thing back to the store. Walmart was great, the safe was junk. Guess one has to spend about a $1,000 and get a 500lb safe for one item. Glad I at least purchased it from Walmart!!
