We had one but the life expired on it, so we replaced it with the exact same one. It gives us peace of mind. One less thing to worry about.
Whats to say? It was needed
I had this model a couple of years ago. It worked properly as we had carbon monoxide in the house from a faulty furnace. Saved our lives. I just replaced the old one with this same model.
Compact CM detector and alarm. Quality item, reasonable price, fast delivery. I would recommend this First Alert detector and alarm to everyone.
I needed a replacement. My old one is expired. This new one was manufatured this year. It arrived quickly.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Price was fair, it does what I need, I hope. I can't really tell if it is working. I would buy it again!
Nice design; easy to install. Least expensive detector that I could find. I use it to replace an identical one that had its service life expired (5 years) per my local ordinances.
I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE ELECTRIC TOO.
replaced one I had just like it that worked well I have had goof luck with first alert products only replaced when recommended due to age
When I first ordered this item last year, it stated in was both, a smoke detector and a carbon dioxide detector. When I got them in the mail, they did not detect smoke.
