They called me right away to set up and assembly time and made sure to keep in contact with me about the appointment
First he assembled it backwards. He assembled it even though the headboard was damaged! The headboard was dented and rusted! There is no way he could have not seen it! Also, there is a gap in the side of the headboard!
Terrible service. Confirmed appointment via email stating they'd contact me 24 or more hours in advance with my providers name, then less than 24 hours in advance called to cancel and reschedule for 2+ weeks out from original date. Their booking agents don't have the providers actual schedules so they confirm a date with the customer without knowing if someone can actually do it. Now Walmart has my money as this is pre paid and I have a 13 year old now waiting 3+ weeks for the basketball hoop to be assembled. Highly disappointed in this service.
