We bought this for our baby room. It was easy to put together and sturdy. It matches the furniture and I think it will hold up pretty well.
I bought this for the nursery of my great, great grandchild...it is not yet born. It was slightly damaged when arrived but we decided to keep it. It is very attractive and will match the crib and other furniture in the room.
We use this item as an entry bench inside our house. We store our shoes and umbrellas underneath. Gorgeous piece of furniture! Heavy heavy heavy! Sturdy! Again, packaging for product shipment is an issue. Several major dents were found in the wood and this was disappointing. Easy to assemble eventhough you do need a second hand for a lil bit.
My husband, quite a hondyman, had difficulty lining every peice of this furniture! The front of the seat came damaged, not something we should have to live with or fix, but also not worth taking apart to return, does not appear it will last very long as it is pretty cheaply made and is just partical board with a thin laminate, UGH! It looks, okay, but not as nice as I had expected, I think being it was a Wal Mart product, we expected more for the money. Son't let the fact that it has some brand name slapped on it that it will be worth it. Buyer beware.
Product came damaged, It looks like the manufacturer drilled holes in the laminate and then used wood filler to try to "repair" it. Very disappointing! The color is not a typical Cherry color.
