My dogs and cats love it.
These are fabulous portable lights to have around , and very sturdy. I use them around my farm where I need lighting , temporary or permanent. The quality is excellent and they will clamp to most anything you can get the clamp around , and the clamp is quite versatile and large. You can use the older type light bulbs as these units as the bulb socket are quite durable and I have used up to a 100 watt older bulb in these units . I now use the Walmart Great Value brand 100 watt LED light bulbs that only consume about 14 watts each , but they still put out 100 watts of light , so I can save on my electric bill too. Of course these clamp on portable lights consume no power themselves. I couldnt make it without them. I ordered two of these clamp on lights because the local Walmart store was out of stock during my late Christmas shopping. But the Online Walmart ordering was fast and they were delivered to my farm within 3 days . Its a great product and very durable. I definitely recommend them.

Simple to use, can easily clamp on wide things, long cord, BIG %26 BRIGHT…use up to 150w normal bulbs, priced for me! $6.97!!!! I use through-out my home. Think they're creative %26 cool looking…the metal is paintable too
i just wrote almost 1500 characters for it to be deleted when i tried to put the pics on here however im a just make it short not doing that again!! great product its solid i keep reptiles and inverts so i need to maintain a certain temperature in the rooms and enclosures they are in and you can buy ones in the pet stores or u can buy these which are half the price if not 1/3 of the price and imo they are way more solid than the pet store ones especially that these have a much higher rated wire andnthe wattage it can withstand without a doubt is double in the pet store one of this or the 12" size w/the 300w capacity is minimum of 40$! and the main point I wanted to make in writing this review is there is so many people in the reviews saying that its terrible or its used or returned bec there is a bunch of dings and dents! and as someone who legit has like 8 of these going everyday at the same time i promise the main thing i do when buying them in the store is dig around to find one with the least amount of dings! its just what happens with a soft metal like aluminum but its necessary to keep you your home and you animals or whatever u use it for safe bec aluminum doesn't hold heat like a ton of other metals do
Everything was great, product came very quickly. Aluminum shields were in good shape. No dents. However on one of them the porcelain was broken where the bulb screws in. Piece was not in the shipping box so this leads me to believe it was broken prior to.
Great buy for the price. The only reason I done 3 stars is because of how it was shipped. It was shipped inside a plastic bag and arrived damaged. It still works but dented in multiple spots.
I thought Amazon was bad about shipping. Walmart threw my heat lamp and a jiffy starter greenhouse into and oversized box and a small piece of brown paper and taped her up. Lamp was dented and greenhouse is warped. Shipped the heat lamp bulb separately but in the same fashion. Can't believe it's not busted
i ordered 2 of them. both came smushed. then you guys only replaced 1.
