I bought this for my 7 year old and she loves it. She has so much fun playing online and the doll is her favorite. I am going to buy another one for my 3 year old who also likes to get on and play. I just want them to each have thier own. We even bought it as a gift for another little girl thats how much we like this product
i purchased two of these one for my child and her b/f so they could chat it is interesting how it works and they are able to do alot of things but they really dont need the doll to play on the website but in order to do other things they do need to register with the doll my children have not really played with it alot i would recommend it to girls around 9-12 it was a great price
my daughter has it and she loves it!
My daughter loved this when she got it for Christmas. It was less expensive than the other similiar products on the market, and more readily available. It was a little difficult to set up the online account with key - the key wouldn't work in the computers we have at home. I finally wound up taking it to work and setting up my daughters account there. Other than that, no problems. Make sure you read the computer requirements before buying, and make sure you have access to a computer for the initial setup. (ex: the key won't work with Windows Vista - but you only need the key the first time for the initial setup - after that your child can log on without it.) My daughter logs in almost everyday and has a blast!
My daughter received this for Christmas and the USB port (which is the point of the whole toy) did not work. However, I contacted the company and had a response within one working day. I think once the problem is solved, it will be a fun, creative activity for my daughter.
I gave this to my grand-daughter for Christmas but they all said they had some problems trying to get it to work for them online. Well they ended up keeping it because she loves the doll and for $10 she decided that was worth all the other goodies she got, so we didnt send it back.
My only complaint is that we could not activate this product because we have windows vista. We can activate it at another ocmputer then use it on our's but what a pain. Otherwise, it was a good price for the usual Bratz quality.
We got this for our daughter and we do not have windows vista , we have windows XP and it does not work on our computer! It says fatal exception error! She was so disappointed as she had been asking for it since the first time she saw it advertised. If you buy this, save the packaging!
this is a very cool doll, i hav to say. but it didnt stand up to my computer. y is that because it does not work on a window vista computer. so for anyone that wants one of these be-bratz and has a vista computer dont get one. sorry
I was very disappointed in this product my girls are bratz fans, they saved up their own money to buy this product. When we got home and set it up the only thing worked was the mouse!!! I have windows vista so the product didn't work. I thought it was a cool product , I was very disappointed and so were my girls.
