I love that this piece is affordable. It is a good size and love that it has storage space with doors that role very easily. There were just a couple of spots that I had to touch up with the black marker that comes with the piece but no problems at all and looks grea
This shelf is so beautiful, not just the name! It's built with metal reinforcements and simple to put together, I did it myself but, during the last part of the build with the arch and shelf part an extra helper would have been nice. It came with a helpful tool and even a pen for any dings in the future. Well done Drew and Beautiful team.
This had to be the easiest assembly of an online furniture order - EVER. And by easy I mean everything fit properly, nothing was missing, the piece wasn't damaged, and the instructions were clear. Not to mention, they included a furniture scuff stuck to take care of minor scratches. They also included bumper guards so the doors close more gently and quietly. This piece is also STURDY,which is not what I expected for the great price. The wood pieces are thicker than an IKEA grade furniture, and looks expensive fully assembled. This is not a paid review, I am actually happy for the quality of something for once. I may buy another just for the heck of it.
This is absolutely stunning. So clean, trendy, and a subtle statement piece. Very happy with the purchase. A couple pieces had some flaws.. luckily this comes with a black touch up marker.
The shelf itself is gorgeous, just like the pictures! The veneer on it is super fragile, the sliding doors arrived already dented and they touch just enough when installed and used to cause them to scratch each other and stick a bit. It does come with a touchup pen but the tip is kinda hard and needs to be pushed on to get the color to come out, which just causes the tip to retreat into the pen... With how expensive bookcases are this one is a steal if you want something esthetically pleasing but you are getting the quality you're paying for. Overall, I'm happy enough with it and if you're able to be kinda gentle with the piece I'd say it's worth it.
I love the design of this shelf sooo much, but the quality is average. It came with a bunch of scratches and chipped edges, especially on the doors. I had to use the included furniture marker quite a bit. Be very careful with the pieces. It is heavy once it's all together! Assembling this shelf was pretty easy by myself. I only ran into 1 issue—no pre-drilled holes on the base for the backboard (J)! There was suppose to be 20 pre-drilled holes. I only had 2. I double-checked to make sure I didn't assemble any pieces backwards, but nope. Luckily, I had an 1/8 drill. If I didn't, I wouldn't have been able to attach (J) at all.
I was so excited about this product and when it first arrived it was packaged nicely and super heavy so I had high hopes, but I was wrong. There were so many chips and spots with missing paint, some weird shiny film all over it, which I tried to remove, but was unsuccessful and the arches are warped. It's too much of a pain to return so I will probably just sell it for a discounted price, but buyers beware.
Box Arrived damaged and unfortunately that means the first piece I slide out of the box was already showing signs of the damage. Will need to return. Based on the broken piece it's clear the bookshelf would not withstand regular use. Great design but quality needs improvement even if that increases price.
My box came without instructions!!!!! Plus there were loose pieces on my package of screws that were out of the packaging! A few scratches on the wood also. Main point- there are SOoooooooo many parts and I can't put it together without instructions. Very disappointed!!!
Did not include assembly instructions. Had to hunt them down by being passed around via phone. I finally received them and the pieces are missing holes where screws need to go so it's truly impossible to put together correctly. Horrible experience.
