The most comfortable pillow I have found I sleep so well on it. I am a stomach sleeper but sometimes sleep on my side and it goes with me when I travel.
This Beauty Rest pillow is the only bed pillow I'll buy, as long as it's available. It's perfect for me and anyone who wants a softer pillow and is a side or stomach sleeper.
I have had some of these pillows for over a year and I am very pleased. They were recommended to me by a friend that owned some. I bought my last purchase online because that particular Queen size pillow with medium support was no longer available in the store. This last purchase was as a gift for my mother who had experienced using them on my bed. She also liked these pillows.
I purchased 2 of the King medium support pillows to replace 2 down pillows that were getting old. I saw a Beauty Rest pillow at the store and decided it felt pretty good and I would order my size online. Picking it up at the store was a breeze and it saved me shipping cost! I was really suprised that my husband and I both really love this pillow! His allergies have been going crazy and I decided to switch to down alternative and try it out, and it is wonderful! I can't believe that these less than $20 pillows replaced my $100 down pillows from Macys! My husband and I are stomach and side sleepers and these are perfect! So if you are like us this pillow should also work for you, I even fall asleep on my back sometimes and this pillow still works great. I'm so please with my purchase and will absolutely buy again.
My whole house needed new pillows, but I didn't want to get the cheaper 3 dollar pillows that we usually get. I wanted something that would last and maybe had a name brand attached to it so that way I could feel like I had more of a guarantee. I ordered these through the site to store and I am loving them. They are REALLY large! In fact, I ordered 12, 2 for every person in my household, and they're so big that we can't even use both at the same time. I'm sure with time they'll flatten a little so that way we can use both, but until then, 1 is so large that it is like 2 of our old pillows. The Egyptian cotton is VERY soft and the down alternative helps with my children's allergies. Overall, I'm very glad that I picked these.
This pillow is nice and soft, very comfortable and good quality. If you are a firm pillow person make sure you pick the firm one. If you like to cuddle and postion it where you want under your chin, neck etc this is for you. If you are a side sleeper it is excellent. I love it. Very satisified.
I ended up buying 8 of these! 2 for my husband, 2 for me & 2 for my daughter & her husband. Once you lay your head on these pillows you realize how old & flat your old ones are! I think the price could be more reasonable, however. I have found them cheaper elsewhere but WalMart's web site, site-to-store &/or shipping is much more convenient than other on-line retailers.
Both my daughter and I consider this a comfortable pillow. But it has an odd crunchiness to it. It is as if the outer cotton has been heavily starched, or that there is some other layer inside causing the crunch. It's is not a crunch that one hears when rolling one's head on the pillow. But it can be heard when moving the pillow and is subtle yet distracting.
It states this is for a back sleeper, it is not. I am using it, only because my last one saw better days. I find sleeping on my side it's comfortable, but not while sleeping on my back. I will have to get a new one after the holidays.
This pillow is too big for standard pillow cases - you have to stuff them into it and it makes them too puffed for sleeping - it would be okay if you spent a lot of time sitting up watching tv and had a different pillow to sleep with. Took it out of the pillow case, but that made it too flat with no neck support and many pressure points on the base of my skull. Worse pillow I ever bought. Might okay for a kid.
